ALBION, Mich. -- Police in Albion are asking the public to avoid the area where a man was shot and killed Wednesday evening.
Albion Public Safety say they responded to a reported shooting in the 100 block of E. Pine Street. Upon arrival, police say they found Earnest Lee Embry, 58, of Albion dead with several gunshot wounds. Investigators say that Tommy Lee Evans and James Carl Nelson are currently being sought for questioning about the incident.
The incident is considered a homicide.
