WHITE CLOUD, Mich. – A 76-year old man was charged Monday on four counts of soliciting a prostitute.
Norman Ochs, 76, of White Cloud was arrested and arraigned Monday. He was charged with one count of soliciting an act of prostitution and three counts of engaging the services of prostitutes. Michigan State Police say that the incidents happened over a two-year period.
Each charge carries a possible penalty of 93 days in jail and/or $500 fines and mandatory AIDS/STD testing.
