ALLENDALE, Mich -- Grand Valley State finished spring football practices with a 30 minute live scrimmage in front of fans at Lubbers Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Returning starting quarterback Bart Williams was held out of the live action as a precaution.
Last season Williams helped lead the Lakers to a National Semifinal appearance.
