GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A tiny, five-pound grey kitten was rescued Thursday after being stuck in a tree for nearly two days.

The unknown kitten was rescued from the 85-foot tall tree by TNT Tree Service.  The cat was up too high for some other tree service bucket trucks, but TNT had Eric Baker, who knew how to scale the tall tree.  In 30 minutes, he had the cat in his bag and lowered to safety.

Tom and Robin Walenga called for help to get the kitten down.  They are now taking care of the cat, but are hoping to hear from its owner.  The cat was found in the 3000 block of Ivy Road NE.  If you are the owner or know the owner, email them at rlwalenga@aol.com .
