MENDON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – St. Joseph County deputies are looking for the person responsible for firing shots outside a Mendon Township bar early Sunday morning.
Deputies were called to the Cowboy Up Bar at about 2:00am Sunday on a report of shots being fired. Witnesses told deputies that there had been an argument outside in the parking lot when a man fired a 9mm handgun eight times into the air and then fled in a white Ford F-250 or F-350 Quad Cab diesel truck. The vehicle was last seen heading west on M-60 towards Three Rivers. The truck had been parked behind the bar, near a staging area.
