KENT COUNTY, Mich – A Kent County man who had avoided authorities for several months after violating his parole has turned himself into police.

Darron Williams was first featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted in early February.  He turned himself in at the Kent County jail on Tuesday.

Williams was wanted for violating his parole after serving time for a number of offenses, including narcotics, felony weapons possession and for tampering with an electronic monitoring device.

Williams is also facing charges for failing to pay child support, driving on a suspended license and assault.  Those warrants all issued out of Kent County.
