WEST MICHIGAN — Federal authorities say two parole violators featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted have been arrested.
Richard Moody was caught by the Wyoming Police Department on March 18 after officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 2600 block of Kitchener SW. Moody was arrested on a domestic violence charge and for his parole warrant.
Moody had avoided authorities since March of last year after violating his parole. He previously served time for assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, and for failing to register as a sex offender.
Gerald Wilkins was arrested on March 8 by authorities in the Lansing area and is being held at the Ingham County Jail.
Wilkins was featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted in late February after violating his parole. He’d avoided arrest since early December. His record with the Michigan Department of Corrections details past convictions including felony assault, retail fraud, check fraud, credit card fraud, breaking and entering and smuggling contraband into a prison in the late 80’s.
