CHICAGO, Ill. – You will soon be able to visit one of your favorite Grand Rapids’ bars in Chicago.
BarFly Ventures announced Friday plans to open HopCat – Chicago later this summer in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. The new location will be at 2577 N. Clark Street, pending approval of rezoning requests and permits. The location is about ten blocks from Wrigley Field.
The bar and restaurant will feature 130 varieties of craft beer and cider on tap and another 200 in bottles and cans. About 150 new jobs are expected to be created.
