WYOMING, Mich. -- A 15-year-old charged with murder in the death of Michael White admitted to police to stabbing and beating the Wyoming teen, according to court documents.
Carlos Santiago Delgado is charged as an adult with open murder. White, 16, was found dead Saturday in Lions Park in Wyoming.
Court documents also state that bloody clothes were found at a home while police were executing a search warrant in the investigation. Delgado also reportedly made incriminating statements on Facebook, according to the documents.
A second teen is in custody in connection with the case. They have not been identified.
The motive for White's death is still under investigation.
White's family has created a donation page to help cover funeral expenses.
