GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Hundreds are gathered to show their support for Republican candidate for president Ted Cruz in Grand Rapids Monday night.
Noto’s Old World Italian Dining on 28th Street hosted the Cruz rally. The Texas senator was originally expected to speak around 8:30 p.m. but was delayed due to plane issues in Mississippi. He eventually arrived shortly after 11 p.m.
This is the second rally held for Cruz in Grand Rapids in two days; conservative radio personality Glenn Beck held one for him yesterday at the Deltaplex to drum up support for the Republican hopeful.
Tonight’s rally comes a day ahead of Michigan’s primary election. Click hereto find specific information about your polling place. Other states holding contests tomorrow include Mississippi, Idaho, and Hawaii.
