GRAND HAVEN, Mich. - Investigators have determined that the cause of a fatal fire in Grand Haven on Tuesday was accidental.
Suzanne Piasecki, 56, died of smoke inhalation in the fire at the Village Green Mobile Home Community. Her dog also died in the fire.
Investigators said Thursday that the fire began in the living room of the trailer and was likely caused by smoking materials. Investigators say the fire was an accident.
