GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Court documents show how a man got into a Grand Rapids school and allegedly assaulted two girls.

Jalen Harris is accused of two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd degree and two counts of attempted CSC, 2nd degree for an incident that happened a week ago.

Police alleged that Harris walked into the River City Scholars School at 944 Evergreen SE on February 2nd.  He did not check in at the office and made contact with a girl. He told her that he was there at her mom’s request and knew her mom and that he was there to check the size of her pants. He then took her into a private room and pulled her pants down.  The girl had leggings on and he asked her to take them down as well. She refused.  He then allegedly put his hands on her thighs and she ran from the room.

After that, Harris allegedly did the same thing with another girl. She also fled from the room.

According to documents, Harris has prior records for domestic violence, carrying a concealed weapon and delivery of marijuana.
