GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Mayor Rosalynn Bliss has been in office just over a month, but tonight she’ll be presenting the State of the City Address for Grand Rapids for 2016.
Bliss’s first address will be at 6:15pm from the Harris Building in the Heartside neighborhood. Space at the venue is full, but you can watch the address on MayorBliss.org and on LiveStream.com .
