LOWELL, Mich. — Fire crews worked to put out a house fire in eastern Kent County.
It started before 8:00 p.m. in the 1600 block of Parnell Avenue in Lowell Monday night.
Officials said they believe the fire started in the garage, but they were able to keep it from spreading to the home. No injuries were reported.
The garage is a total loss.
The fire remains under investigation.
