GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Some Grand Rapids police recruits got a chance to see their futures Monday.
The Grand Rapids Police Department hosted a luncheon Monday which paired recruits with retirees, giving the young people a chance to talk with people who have had a career in law enforcement.
The event also helps veteran officers who are considering retirement.
