LOWELL, Mich. – The City of Lowell is looking for a new City Manager.
The City Council voted Tuesday night to fire City Manager, Mark Howe. Howe had been at the center of a dispute with city employees and their union in October of 2013.
The council voted 4-1 to fire Howe.
