GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced several new recalls this week, including one from Grand Rapids-based Steelcase.

Recalled Steelcase chair
Steelcase ‘Rocky’ Model Swivel Chairs — The screws connecting the seat and back to the base of the chair can detach, posing a fall hazard to the user. About 17,000 units are impacted in the recall. Recalled toy drums
IKEA ‘LATTJO’ Tongue drums and ‘LATTJO’ Drumstick sets — The rubber ball on the drumsticks can detach or be unscrewed, posing a choking hazard. About 2,000 tongue drums and 1,300 drumstick sets are included in the recall. Six incidents have been reported, but no injuries. Full refunds are available.
