West Michigan – Another quick moving storm will bring more accumulating snow to the area tonight.
Our Future Track computer model shows snow this evening, especially along the lakeshore and north of I-96. Southwest winds off Lake Michigan will enhance the snowfall. Temperatures will stay in the teens in most areas.
The snow will taper to flurries after midnight. Temperatures will slowly warm overnight into the lower 20s by sunrise. Mainly dry weather is expected for Thursday with just a few flurries.
Total snowfall will range from 2-4 inches from Grand Rapids to the southwest, and also northwest. Some isolated amounts of 4+ inches are possible over parts of Ottawa and Allegan counties.
