GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A man accused of having five “molotov cocktails” in his vehicle was in federal court Wednesday.

Kevin Fenton is charged with one count of having an unregistered destructive device. The charge is in federal court as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms investigated the case.

Court documents today showed that Fenton is associated with motorcycle “club” and calls from jail show that he was intending to use the devices for the club.

Fenton was pulled over in Wyoming in October and police found the devices in his vehicle.
