EMMETT TOWNSHIP, Mich. –Police say that they have made an arrest in connection to an armed robbery.
On their Facebook page, Emmett Township Department of Public Safety said that they have a man in custody who they suspect is behind the armed robbery that happened at Leslie’s Party Store last Thursday evening.
It happened just before 9:30 p.m. at the party store located at 963 East Michigan Avenue in Emmett Township.
Police said a man came into the store, showed the clerk a knife and demanded money. The suspect was wearing a hooded sweatshirt over his head and a bandanna around his nose and mouth.
