NEWTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Michigan State Police say that 15-year-old Mary Helen Sewell has been found safe and returned home to her family.

She was reportedly located some time Christmas morning. No word on where she was found or the circumstances behind her disappearance.
The parents of Mary Helen Sewell, 15, reported to police that she disappeared from their Calhoun County home sometime between 10:00pm Thursday and 4:15am Wednesday morning.
