GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – Federal authorities say a Silent Observer tip has led to the arrest of a fugitive recently featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted.
Martin Richards, 30, was arrested by Grand Rapids Police at a home in the 600 block of Delaware Street SE on December 17 just before 9:00 p.m.
Law enforcement received at tip Richards may be staying at the home. They made contact with him after someone at the home allowed police inside. Richards was taken into custody and lodged at the Kent County jail.
An arrest warrant was issued for Richards in July 2014 by the Holland Police Department on an aggravated assault charge involving a family member. Richards criminal record includes previous arrests for forgery and assault.
