GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Several Grand Rapids police officers went to serve a warrant on a man wanted for several crimes.

Police say they are looking for Fredrick Desean Gibbs, 24, who  is wanted on felony parole absconding warrant as well as being wanted on a felony warrant for committing perjury on a life offense.

Police converged first on the 1100 block of Marshall SE.   The suspect was not there, but they received a tip that he may be at a second location on Kalamazoo Ave. near Edna Street.  After searching that location, they concluded he wasn’t there either.

Police tell FOX 17 that a member of the FBI Fugitive Task Force spotted a person who looked like their suspect at the Marshall location. GRPD said they have been familiar with the address for other incidents.  They say they have been looking for the suspect for incidents in 2015.
