CONSTANTINE, Mich. – A Constantine man was seriously injured when the tractor he was driving was hit by a pickup truck.
The crash happened on North River Road, just east of Winding River Road Wednesday afternoon at about 4:15pm.
Michigan State Police say that Ronny Kulp, 56, was driving his 1973 John Deere tractor when it was hit from behind by a pickup truck driven by Ronald Greulich, also on Constantine. Kulp was thrown from the tractor and suffered what police are calling a “significant head injury.” Greulich was not hurt.
Police say alcohol was not a factor in the crash. The crash is still under investigation.
