HOLLAND, Mich. – The Holland Department of Public Safety says that jealousy was the motive in Monday’s double murder.
Mani Khounvongsa and Gilberto Andrade-Pena were killed Monday night by Bounthavee Nerasin. Nerasin took his own life Tuesday by the Laoist Buddhist Temple in Olive Township.
The department reports that Nerasin was Khounvongsa’s ex-boyfriend and that she and Andrade-Pena were dating.
Nerasin’s wife says that Nerasin was the father of Khounvongsa’s 7-year-old daughter.
