Kentwood Family Dollar robbed Friday morning

KENTWOOD, Mich. – Kentwood Police are looking for the man who held up the Family Dollar on 52nd Street Friday morning.

Kentwood Police say that the suspect is described as a white male, about 20-30 years old, was wearing a cloth over his face and was wearing baggy jeans.

The suspect entered the store just before 10:00am with what police describe as a small revolver and demanded cash. He left the store and headed north.  Police brought in but was unable to track the suspect.

No shots were fired and no one was hurt. The suspect did get away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
