BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Battle Creek police are investigating a drive-by shooting that left one man injured Sunday afternoon.
It happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Orchard and St. Joseph. Police said the victim, a 29-year-old man, was in his vehicle when an unknown black SUV pulled next to him.
Several shots were fired from the SUV into the victim’s vehicle before the suspects sped away.
The man was taken to the hospital by his family with a non-life threatening arm wound, police said.
