Police searching for suspect they say partially blinded woman

KALAMAZOO, Mich.–Police are searching for a man they say hit a woman in the head, partially blinding her. They’re still working to identify the suspect, pictured above.

The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said the incident happened October 25th at the Marathon gas station downtown. Officers said the suspect got into some kind of altercation with the female victim’s husband, then hit her in the head. Those injuries blinded the woman in one of her eyes.

The suspect is described as about 25 years old, with an Indianapolis sweatshirt.
