BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- Battle Creek Central linebacker Brandon Randle is one of 90 high school players in the United States to be named to the 2016 Army All-American Bowl roster.

The announcement was made last week, but Randle was honored during a pep assembly on Monday in Battle Creek -- with representatives from the U.S. Army in attendance.

Randle was the subject of a FOX 17 profile in October. He was taken in by BC Central football coach Lorin Granger between his sophomore and junior years.

He is verbally committed to play football at Michigan State next fall.
