Featured Fugitives – Ulisis Martinez & Calvin Stewart

KENT COUNTY, Mich – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the continued search for a pair of parole violators with ties to the Kent County area.

Ulisis Castro Martinez, 45, has avoided law enforcement since late April 2015 after serving time for prior convictions including resisting and obstructing police along with credit card theft.  Both those crimes occurred in early 2007.

Martinez also has a prior conviction for assault with intent to do great bodily harm according to his online profile with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

Martinez is 6’0″, 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He has both his ears pierced and tattoos on this right arm, one of them saying “U.M”

Martinez has also utilized multiple aliases including Armando Garcia Morales, Christian Feliz and Martinez Castro.

Calvin Stewart

Calvin Stewart

Calvin Dexter Stewart, 20, violated his parole in late September after serving time for prior convictions including operating a vehicle with a suspended license causing serious injury and drug possession.

Stewart is 5’9″, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He has tattoos on both of his biceps, “S” on his left and “c” on his right.  A third tattoo is on his lower left arm saying “Laugh now cry later”.

His online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections shows he’s also utilized the alias “Decal”.
