KENT COUNTY, Mich – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is actively seeking tips in the continued search for a pair of parole violators wanted out of the Kent County area.
Ontarae Lucas-Smith, 22, is wanted for violating his parole in August 2015. He’s 5’10”, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
His online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections details past convictions for home invasion and breaking and entering with intent in Kent County. The crimes occurred in 2010 and 2013.
Lucas-Smith also goes by the name Ontarae Kahiel Lucas-Smith. His left lower ear is pierced and he has a scar on his back left hand.
Rebecca Jo Ryon, 26, is also wanted for a parole violation. Her online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections shows the violation occurred earlier this month.
Ryon was featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted in December 2014, wanted at the time on a felony warrant for fraud and a civil warrant for contempt. She was later arrested the same month thanks in part to a viewer tip after she was featured on FOX17.
