BOYNE CITY, Mich. – Investigators are looking for the person or persons responsible for painting a kitten’s face and breaking its tail.
The kitten was found Tuesday on Jefferson Street in Boyne City, according to the Charlevoix County Sheriff’s office.
The kitten’s tail was broken in several locations and had to be amputated.
