AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — A Michigan woman who fired a gun at shoplifting suspects now faces criminal charge.
Tatiana Duva-Rodriguez, 46, opened fire at the suspects’ car outside a Home Depot last week. While she has a concealed pistol license, the Oakland County Prosecutor called her actions disturbing and is charging her with reckless discharge of a weapon.
The shoplifting suspects were both arrested in Flint. Investigators say they stole more than $2,000 in merchandise.
