ENSLEY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 75-year-old Newaygo man was killed and three other people were injured Thursday after a three-vehicle crash in Ensley Township.

The crash happened just after 10 a.m. on S. Elm Avenue at 120th Street.

According to Michigan State Police, the 75-year-old was driving his pick-up truck southbound when he didn’t stop at the stop sign and collided with a westbound pick-up truck.  The two trucks then crashed into an eastbound vehicle.

The driver of the southbound pick-up truck was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead.  His identity has not been released.

The 59-year-old Howard City man who was driving the westbound truck and the 72-year-old Sand Lake woman who was driving the eastbound car were both hospitalized and are currently in stable condition, police said.

A 19-year-old passenger in the Sand Lake woman’s vehicle was treated at the hospital and released, according to a release.
