GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A West Catholic High School student has pleaded guilty to three charges, including making terrorism threats and child porn.

Matthew Herrington, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of child sexually abusive material, using a computer to commit a crime, and making a false report of terrorism.

Herrington was 17 when he was arrested in February after making posts on Instagram targeting specific students with death threats.  During the course of the investigation, the porn was found on his computer and those charges were added.

Herrington was scheduled to go on trial next week.  He will be sentenced on November 5.
