GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Opera Grand Rapids has started a new partnership that will help showcase rising stars.
The "Emerging Artists" program partners with the Harris Building.
The newly-renovated building is set to open on September 18th and will offer art and entertainment, including a series of performances called "Popera".
