GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A 45-year-old man has died after being pulled from the Grand River downtown Monday afternoon, according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.
Emergency crews were called to the Blue Bridge at about 1:20 p.m. after the man jumped off, according to a release.
Fire crews were performing first aid on the man after he was pulled from the water but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name has not been released.
