KENTWOOD, Mich.– The Eat Dirt Mud Run is a fun family 5k that takes places each year at Kentwood community Church. It takes your typical 5k and turns it upside down. Obstacles are all over the course and the entire thing is covered in mud. I decided I wanted to preview the course and brought along Mr. Mike Davis to help me.
