MUSKEGON, Mich. - The man accused of striking a bicyclist with his vehicle, killing her, and then leaving the scene, had his arraignment postponed in Muskegon Friday.

Ronnie Claflin, 26, turned himself in Thursday after a warrant for his arrest was issued.  Investigators allege that he was driving the vehicle that hit and killed Susan Cummings, 50, of Lake Orion on August 8th on Fruitvale Road in Montague Township, as she took part in a charity bicycle ride.

Attorneys for Claflin say they are still looking for witnesses and those who know more about the incident.

Claflin is now set to be arraigned after Labor Day.
