SPARTA, Mich. -- The rare 1920s-era Ford Tri-Motor aircraft made a special stop in West Michigan. The aircraft is at the Sparta airport both Saturday and Sunday. There was less than 200 of these types of planes made, and now only two that still fly with passengers. This is all a part of the Fly In and Build Off event that’s put on by the airport. If you’d like to check out the Tin Goose and even take it for a ride, you can! For more information you can visit the Sparta Airport website here.
