OLIVE TOWNSHIP, Mich.– A 41-year-old man was seriously injured while piloting a small plane when the aircraft clipped a tree and crashed.
Deputies say the man was flying in an ultralight aircraft by himself.
He was attempting to land at his home when it went down on Stanton Street Saturday night.
The pilot is in stable condition and his injuries are not life-threatening, according to deputies.
