GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man is dead after police say he walked into a Grand Rapids bank and shot himself Monday afternoon.
Police tell FOX 17 that a 42-year-old man walked into the Fifth Third Bank branch on Leonard near Alpine Monday afternoon and shot himself in the chest. Reportedly, he did not say anything to employees.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. It’s unclear if the man had any connection to the bank.
