MUSKEGON, Mich. – A Beach Hazards statement has been issued by the National Weather Service for dangerous swimming conditions in Lake Michigan again today.
Gusty winds and 3-5 foot waves are expected throughout the day. Beaches from Saugatuck to Ludington will mostly be affected.
The National Weather Service has also issued a Small Craft Advisory for Lake Michigan.
Strong structural and longshore currents are possible, as are rip currents.
