ALTO, Mich. – The National Weather Service has determined that last night’s storms did spawn a tornado in Kent County.
An EF-0 rated tornado touched down in southeastern Kent County at about 1:15am Tuesday. The tornado touched down near the intersection of 84th Street and Morse Lake Road SE.
Many areas reported tree damage and power outages from the storms overnight.
