Featured Fugitives: Tarrel Washington & Jacques Williams

KENT COUNTY – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the search for a pair of parole violators with ties to the Kent County area.

Tarrel Jammal Washington

24-year-old Tarrel Jammal Washington is wanting for violating his parole in early June following a 1st Degree Home Invasion conviction which occurred in November 2010.  Washington also has a prior conviction for larceny from a motor vehicle on his record according to his online profile with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

Washington is 6’0, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He also goes by the name Jamal Washington.  He also has piercings on both ears and several tattoos:

  • Back Left Forearm – cross w/Arthelia
  • Chest – ‘love me or hate me’
  • Hand
  • Left Arm
  • Left Neck
  • Lower Left Arm – ‘koby’

Washington is possibly in the Grand Rapids/Kent County area.

30-year-old Jacques Shanta Williams is also wanted out of the same area after violating his parole in early June.

His online record shows prior convictions for assault/resist/obstructing a police officer in both February 2012 and November 2011.  He also has drug/cocaine convictions on his record from 2004 and 2011 according to his online profile with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

Williams is 6’0″, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He also goes by the name ‘Ques’.  He also has the following tattoos:

  • Front Left Arm – Grandmother name Quuen E. Harris with a star above it
  • Left Forearm – ABM
  • Right Forearm – Faylese
  • Right Forearm – LNCL

Williams is also possibly in the Grand Rapids/Kent County area.
