ALLEGAN, Mich. — Police in Allegan are looking for the occupants of a car that managed to crash through the wall of a house, coming to rest all the way inside late Monday night.

A photograph provided by the Allegan City Police Department shows the aftermath.  They say that the black car seen in the image failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Russell and Lincoln, left the road, and crashed into the house.

When officers arrived at the scene, the occupants of the vehicle were nowhere to be found.  It is unclear if they were injured.

There were people home at the time of the crash, but fortunately, none of them were injured.

Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Allegan City Police Department at 269-673-2115.
