GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - 616 Lofts on Monroe kicks off pre-leasing opportunities at their newest location, 820 Monroe Ave, with open house events this Friday and Saturday.
The 156,000-square-foot building, which has undergone a nearly $22 million renovation, features 40,000 square-feet of first-floor retail, 85 market-rate apartments, as well as a rooftop deck overlooking the Grand River. Earlier this month, Essence Restaurant Group announced its intention to build its fourth restaurant at 616 Lofts on Monroe.
