WEST MICHIGAN – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the continued search for three fugitives with ties to the West Michigan area.
Timothy Allen Simonson, 51, is wanted for violating his parole along with failing to register as a sex offender. The U.S. Marshals are working with the Wyoming Police Department to find where he is. Simonson is 5’10”, 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. His online profile with the Michigan Department of Corrections shows he has a tattoo on his right arm and right shoulder, along with a scar on his forehead.
Simonson was also profiled on FOX17 News back in March 2012. Wyoming Police were working to locate him for exposing himself near a picnic table at Palmer Park. Investigators say Simonson was seen wearing nothing from the waist down. A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court on an indecent exposure charge.
Simonson’s record also shows past convictions for breaking and entering into a building with intent, along with unarmed robbery.
Clarence Laverne Powell Jr., 26, is wanted out of the Benton Harbor area after violating his parole following a drug conviction. Powell is 5’7″, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also has a scar on his back right hand and his upper right lip.
His online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections shows he’s been wanted for violating his parole since late March.
Daryll Holliman, 54, is wanted by the Wyoming Police Department on a charge of aggravated assault with a weapon.
Federal authorities say he should be considered armed and dangerous, wanted on the warrant since July 2013.
Holliman is 5’8″, 220 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities believe he’s still bald.
