Featured Fugitives – Julio Casiano & Jason Raak

WEST MICHIGAN – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the search for pair of parole absconders in the West Michigan area.

35-year-old Julio Ridley Casiano is wanted on a felony warrant for witness tampering and intimidation out of Ann Arbor as well as being a parole violator.

He was released from prison in March after serving time for narcotics according to his online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections.  Prior convictions for Casiano include fleeing from police and home invasion.

Casiano is 5’11”, 244 poundsd with black hair and brown eyes.  He also goes by the name Sigfredo Casiano, and has a tattoos on both of his arms.

Casiano is believed to be in the Muskegon area.

23-year-old Jason Paul Raak is wanted out of the Grand Rapids area after violating his parole last month.

His online record with the Michigan Department of Corrections shows a prior conviction of breaking and entering into a building with intent to steal.

Raak is 5’9″, 160 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.  Raak has piercings in both ears, his lip, and on his tongue.
