GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Kent County deputies were involved in a short chase and standoff Friday morning.
The incident happened at about 9:00am on Four Mile Road near Fuller Ave. NE. The suspect did get into a physical altercation with deputies.
Police on the scene tell us that the man was suffering from a mental condition. He has been taken in for evaluation.
